Jeffrey Boyd

Mr. Boyd is the founder and Managing Partner of CAZCO Asset Management, Inc. Immediately prior to joining CAZCO, Mr. Boyd was the CEO of NCIG.  Through a series of independent limited liability companies, he has independently and with partners, brokered, purchased and currently owns numerous commercial properties. Mr. Boyd has been a developer; the principal broker for Boyd Realty & Investments; and has been working in commercial real estate transactions since1991. Prior to  working in real estate, he was a franchisee of 3 nationally recognized brands with seven locations. Mr. Boyd is a former banker with 11 years experience in the banking industry.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in education from Humboldt State University , California.

Kevin Kopp

Mr. Kopp is Chairman of CAZCO Asset Management, Inc.  Prior to CAZCO, he was Director of Equity Management for NCIG.  His focus at NCIG was developing equity relationships and sourcing commercial real estate acquisition opportunities.  Mr. Kopp has also spent 7 years in commercial brokerage as a Principal with Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services specializing in retail investment sales. While at Lee & Associates, Mr. Kopp was a top producing investment broker. He is an active member of the Phoenix Thunderbirds, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).   Mr. Kopp received his Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Kansas.

Joseph Vellutini

Mr. Vellutini is the Director of Property Operations for CAZCO Asset Managment, Inc. Prior to joining CAZCO he held this same position for NCIG.   Prior to NCIG, Mr. Vellutini spent 15 years as a member of Best Address Properties, Eureka Pier and Eureka Waterfront Properties, where he performed the duties of mixed-use development and property management, and was concurrently co-owner and President of Eureka Baking Company until 2000.  He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Mary's College of California and worked as a staff accountant for Elwood & Espina CPA's in Burlingame, California.

Joann Boyd

Mrs. Boyd is the office manager for the Arizona office of CAZCO Asset Management, Inc.  In addition to this position, she is a licensed and active real estate broker for eXp Realty in Arizona and she is a licensed real estate agent in California.  Mrs. Boyd started her real estate career in Northern California in 2002 where she operated her own successful residential company.

Andrea Pedley

Mrs. Pedley is the office manager for the California office of CAZCO Asset Management, Inc.  Prior to joining CAZCO, Mrs. Pedley worked in her families grocery business, Foodmart and their baking company, Eureka Baking Company.  She has also worked in banking.
